Our team of kitchen, bathroom, and base designer will provide a free, no-obligation discovery consultation right at your home.
We will discuss and review:

- Features that will be added or removed
- A rough price estimate
Envision your Design
Building on insights gathered from your free discovery meeting, our experts at Xpres will design detailed floor plans, construction grade drawings, perspective drawings, color renderings and accurate pricing based off of the average value of our available finishes. A design fee of $750 will be collected for this comprehensive design work which will be credited off the final invoice if you choose us for your remodel. This empowers you to be able to take the prints anywhere and get an apples-to-apples comparison on pricing while using the renders to make sure your contactor understands your vision.
Your designer will also present and review every detail of the design everything from cabinet layout, floor plan, elevations, perspective views, electrical plans, and plumbing plans will be shown. We thrive on your input so we love to hear your feedback so we can make this space perfect for you and your family

Clients are guided through the selections that build your project. This includes, but not limited to, the following: cabinets, cabinet hardware, countertops, sinks, faucets, flooring, paint colors, and backsplashes - this hands-on experience is where your dream space becomes reality by physically seeing and touching samples.
